This product will work fine for me. My hair is pretty straight and fine to begin with and it gives me that sleek look I like. I have to charge it every time I use it, I guess you can keep it charging all the time. To heat it remove it from the charger. It heats up pretty quickly. Since I don't have thick curly hair, I'm not sure how well it will work. It is convenient and works fine for me. My hair is just shoulder length and as I mentioned pretty straight.

I looooove this flat iron!I had another brand that I liked (but it mysteriously died after 3 weeks), so I know these cordless units will never be as powerful as ac/plug-in ones.If you know these don't heat as hot or consistently as a plugged in unit, and have realistic expectations, you'll like this flat iron a lot.I don't love that there's only one heat setting, but honestly, that's just more buttons to accidentally press, so it's not so bad. If you DO find you need it hotter, re-cap it for a minute. It doesn't last long, but it works in a pinch.That said, I don't use this on myself. I probably would for touch ups, but not for doing my hair. But it's perfect for using on my toddler. You get about 25 minutes of use, which is doable. It straightens out the waves from yesterday's braids (and it's small enough to get really close to her scalp, which is great!) and it creates long lasting curls and waves!Some tips:- When using it as a curling iron, the more horizontal you hold it, the curlier the curl.- If you don't want tight corkscrew curls, hold it diagonal to the strand being worked on. For big, looser curls (like a beach wave) hold it completely vertically.- For the fastest full charge, use a 10w or 12w adapter. Output is 5.1V/2.1A, and I've never had to wait 5 hours like some reviewers are saying. Maybe 2 hours max if the battery is totally dead. I use an iPad adapter. Typically, I'll use it for 20 minutes, then put it on a charger for the next day. And it never takes longer than half an hour to fully charge.

Nice looking, I love it!!!I bought it for travel cause there is no messing wire around. Use it for Touch-up only and got a really nice result. Also I love it is chargeable with USB cable or adapter. A happy purchase.

Super cute design love how easy this was to use in the passenger seat when running late which I always am. I also live in a very hot and humid climate near the gulf and this baby hasnt died on me yet even with me using it repeatedly to re straighten kinked locks every three hours (that was a stressful day aside from repeatedly having to bun my hair from heat)

I love this flat iron! It’s great to take on vacation. I can use it at anyplace I want and don't need to care about the cord.

I found this mini flat iron after I searched online for a while. It is very cute, colorful, and easy to use. Switch on and wait for 3 minutes, then you can use it. I will definitely bring it with me for my coming trip.

I have had this hair straightener for almost 4 months now. Usually I use it to straighten my hair after my hair dries up after a shower. My hair tends to get really fluffy and starts to tangle. This straightener does a really good job to straighten my thick hair, although I have to do it a sheet of hair at a time as recommended by the manufacturer's instruction. It heats pretty fast (about 30 min with my iphone adapter). The best thing I like is its small size, making it a very good companion for a trip. And I really like the vibrant color but mine doesn't look as bright as the picture shows. Only a couple minor things for improvement: the ON/OFF button does not quite stand out and an adapter is not provided for charging.

It worked well at first, but after using for around a month it stopped getting as hot and barely does anything now! if you're looking for a long-lasting product, do not buy this one.
