Some good recipes

I started a low carb/low sugar diet just before the COVID-19 pandemic so sticking with the diet given the grocery store situation has been a bit difficult, but I've modified some of the recipes in the book accordingly and they're pretty good. I would recommend.

Nothing you can't find on Pinterest

Honestly, I was expecting more out of this cookbook. The cover photo is beautiful but the recipe photos are definitely lackluster, some are even out of focus. Most of these recipes are available online with tastier ingredients or methods and still within the Primal Blueprint guidelines. I'm returning this for sure.
