I take this shower head with me every time I move, it’s definitely an upgrade from normal shower heads. The water pressure is really good, even on the mist setting it’s a nice mist but provides enough pressure to still wash. The other settings are nice as well. Wasn’t too hard to install, just involves unscrewing the old shower head and applying plumber’s tape to the pipe, took 10 minutes maybe. I really like the wand as well, it makes it so that right after you shower you can spray the bathtub/shower walls for 30 seconds to make it so you pretty much never have to deep clean. Overall, it’s definitely worth it, only issue was that they don’t really sell replacement parts. I broke a piece and had to use the warranty to get a whole new shower head.

I’ll share what I learned after my installation fail. Im not much of a handy lady. I thought I could put in shower head though. I was so excited to get this one. I put Teflon tape on ALL the threads to preemptively avoid leaking issues people complained about. Installed the shower with great pride and turned on the water. So many leaks! I decided to take a wrench and tighten as hard as I could. I did such a phenomenal job with my feat of strength that I broke the shower head. With some embarrassment I admitted my epic fail to my husband who kindly but plainly told me,”Using Teflon tape on plastic threads can CAUSE leaks. Only use Teflon tape on metal threads.” Since I doubt there is a refund policy for stupidity, I ordered another one of these. I installed it in minutes, I only used Teflon tape where the instructions indicated. I turned the water on and there were ZERO leaks. Now the shower itself. Amazing water pressure! Even moreso when you remove the blue restrictor. The wand is especially strong. The high ratings along with the wand that specializes in power rinsing hair in comb-like way is everything it promises to be. I have four double coated dogs where it’s time consuming to make sure water is penetrating the fur enough to remove shampoo. This has significantly cut down time washing my dogs. I enthusiastically recommend this shower. Don’t be freaked out by the plastic parts, many fixtures are nowadays. Just hand tightened where the instructions tell you and don’t wrench them like I did. Same for the Teflon tape. While I paid an extra $84 for this life lesson learned the hard way, you get this Teflon tip for free. It is not the fault of the shower, it was my lack of understanding that Teflon tape does not pair well with plastic threads. So don’t go bananas like I did with the Teflon tape and everything will be just fine. I can’t express enough how impressed I am with this shower and my dear husband who never gave me any guff for breaking the new shower!

Once you read the instructions it is easy to install. If you choose the showerhead non pulsating shower comb, it will be plastic but don't let that deter you from getting it. It works great. I love the different settings that let you control the flow of the water and the water pressure is nice. The shower comb has three different settings. All three of the settings feel amazing. It's perfect for rinsing your hair. It feels so nice on your scalp.

Excellent product. Water pick has solve the problem of attaching a multi showerhead to a shower arm. The shower room shuts out from the wall and every time you screw a showerhead on the washer goes inside the shower arm and ends up leaking at some point. This is all brands. Water pick figured out a way to attach brass to the shower arm and then connect that to their shower head. assembly.

All around great product! The water flow is very very very strong if you remove the water saver valve, which is very easy to remove. So it should work perfectly fine even if you have an old house. The mode change is very steady and you can even mix 2 and create your own mode!

For the price this os a really good shower head. Its made of plastic but its not cheap plastic. The fact its plastic its a good thing as it is lighter and puts less strain on the shower pipe. It also makes it easier to install and handle. The wand is great, the pressure is really good. And there are 3 adjustments to the water pressure in the wand which lets you use the one you are comfortable with, the third setting in the wand is pretty strong and it kinda hurts if you use it in your face but the 1st setting is perfectly comfortable. If you put the diverter valve in the middle both the wand and shower head will have water coming out. For the price this is a really good shower head, I’m glad I bought it. Also I took a good look at it before installing and I am not worried it will break any time soon.

Be Careful. The Water pressure through the wand can get intense. Pay attention to where you are spraying and at what setting!! It is also all plastic. The control knob that circulates water between the spray head and the handle is pretty stiff. And the water can't be shutoff using the control knob, only switched. A bit pricey for an all plastic shower head and wand, but it works well so far.

Thank you Waterpic! Got it for my husband who had a bad back. We have a standard tub shower nothing special. He’s NOT handy, but had this installed in minutes following the directions (this never happens there are always problems installing stuff). After installing he took a shower and came out like he’d spent the day in a spa. Great Water pressure? Check! Great options for water flow? Check! Amazing wand with high pressure and easy to use and hold? Check check check! The only sort of drawback was that if you have a shower spout that is already a bit low, this will make it a little lower, but hubby says it didn’t affect anything during the shower and the wand is right there. Looks great installed here’s hoping it lasts a long time - it’s a waterpic not a no name brand so I’m optimistic! If you have a shower caddy that hangs from the shower spout it’s awkward, but that’s easily changed for one on the shower wall. Or corner. Worth the price!

I like this. My wife likes the handle. Really strong pressure in the wand. The knob to turn the water directon to the head / wand is a litttttle firm and hard to turn, but it's not a huge issue. no leaks, cleans well. would buy again.

This was an awesome addition to our new home for many reasons. The shower had zero water pressure, and it was uncomfortable. This one however is amazing! It was easy to install, and the water pressure has improved dramatically! The wand was a must, as I use it to rinse my long hair. I like that there’s three settings for it, although I always keep it on the strongest. It makes rinsing off very quick and efficient. The only thing I wish was that I was able to have water come from the shower head AND wand at once, so I wouldn’t have to switch the handle back and forth. The shower head itself is large, which is nice, and it’s taken some getting used to, but I think we finally decided on a setting we both like.

This is the BEST shower head and wand I've ever had. Love the shower mist setting and the 3 hand held wand settings not to mention the fantastic length of the wand.. Love this purchase.
