Good digestive help
Gentian extract, being "bitter", is very helpful for our digestive track. Taken 15 minutes to 30 minutes before eating, this wonderful Gentian extract starts to prepare and stimulate our digestive organs to be ready for the food that is coming. The fact that is "alcohol based" facilitates its absorption and usefulness.

A bit of punch on taste but it’s medicinal
I wasn’t expecting it to taste beautiful. It’s pretty sour. But I just take it in a shot glass of water and get it down quickly. Pretty good for the value. I didn’t notice and uneasiness on my stomach so that is a benefit.

I put a dropper full of this into a glass of water and drink it after evening meals to ease digestion. I can't say for sure if it helps or not because I started taking a probiotic and other digestive aid supplements at the same time. The combination, or at least one of the supplements within the combination has absolutely helped my digestion.

Gentian for Orange Bitters Brew
Very Expensive, but needed it for steeping home made orange bitters. Haven't had any problems like clouding or not mixing with the other ingredients.
