2nd degree burn - through clothing plz don’t buy
I tried it too late after return date. I was trying it out and it tipped. Easy to do with the way it’s designed. The collar is very wide and doesn’t screw on tightly. The steaming hot water was running down the table onto my leg and through my pj’s before I even had a moment to respond. It’s been a month now. These photos are the day of, and I had a 4 inch 2nd degree burn. It was too late to return it. My inner thigh it scarred for now. It may be permanent-I don’t know. However, based on the loosely locking collar I wouldn’t recommend.

Minimal Steam
Very weak steam production. The machine is weak and flimsy.

It didn’t come with the little measuring cup and there was no instructions... the steam is almost nonexistent and hasn’t helped. I bought it to try to clear my nasal passages but it hasn’t helped so I’m hoping I’m just using it wrong since I’m winging it. Otherwise it’s not the best

Watch out for the smell.
The item arrived on time. It looks just like picture and it's a nice size. The only problems I have with this item is that the two plastic face mask smells bad, I've washed them in bleach and when adding my peppermint oil to it, the plastic smell is all that I can small. This thing gets really hot and you will burn yourself if your not careful. Do not sit this item on the end of a table or counter because it's very very lite weight.

Missing skin kit, product is ok
When I got the box I got the steamer and 2 attachments, however I didnt get the "skin kit". I wanted to try the item... the smell when I put my face in smelled like Chinese noodles. I had to soak the attachments in bleach & soap. Then it was better.. I only wish the steam stream was stronger

Affordable, well made product.
This little facial steamer was a good bargain. I bought it for relief from a terrible head cold, but the side effect is clearer hydrated skin.It serves 2 purposes.
