Tips for being healthy from a great ashtanga yoga teacher
I really like that it has a chapter on how food and practice are highly related.Also It has interesting ayurveda tips, which is an ancient wise way of living.Recommended if you practice ashtanga regularly 🙂

Can not go wrong with advice from Sharath! As a self professed ashtanga freak who will purchase anything published by him...I DID find new information contained in this book!

Good book, easy to read, covers the basics
I practice ashtanga yoga and yoga as taught by Dharma Mittra and was excited to get this book. If you practice ashtanga and are looking to get beyond just the poses this is a really good start. And you will enjoy Sharath’s stories. But alot of the information in here will seem basic if you’ve spent alot of time studying the other seven limbs of yoga already.

Sharath is able to explain very clearly the habits every committed yogui should follow to have a good practice.

It is a good book, covers the basics of yoga philosophy and daily routines. It’s a great book for seasoned practitioners or individuals new to the practice.

Great book for yoga beginners and intermediate students
I was hesitant to buy this book because I was afraid it may be overly basic. That wasn't the case at all. The book is perfect for me - someone practicing the primary series. It touches on various aspects of life and yoga and breaks down the most important philosophies. I think it's a great overview on what yoga is - and what it isn't. It obviously goes beyond the physical practice and may inspire it's reader to dive deeper into the ancient texts! :) I personally highly recommend it and also appreciate the price of less than €4! :)
