Took a long while to arrive so contacted seller. Excellent communication and was very nice and offered a refund or to send another one. That's not needed now as I received it today. Very happy with the bag the quality of the bag is so so good and it's very pretty. I love it. Will buy from again as like I said excellent communication and very good customer services.
