Quality Meta jackets, with embroidery included! Great price, fast turnaround. They had told us these would arrive after the holiday. I ordered the product one time and it was good enough to order a second time. On the second order they made an emroidery mistake by misspelling my name. It was their mistake, not mine, as the invoice showed that the customization with my name spelled correctly.Problem #1 was lack of quality control. The coats were sent out with the defective customization. Apparently they don't do quality control.Problem #2 was poor customer service. When I sent them a message to alert them about the defect in the order, they immediately focused on how I was at fault for taking too long to return the items (which I was able to rationally explain -- I serve in the Armed Forces at a remote location and the mail had to get to me via a third party) and therefore they refused to remake the coats. After about 10 back and forth emails they agreed to reembroider the coats if I sent them back at my expense, but they provided no guarantee or reassurance that it wouldn't damage the fabric in which case I would have defective coats AND lost time and money for the mailing.It's a good product when it's good, but when it's bad they don't take responsibility.

Wonderful product. Excellent quality fabric, high quality embroidery, and perfect fit. I’ve had many lab coats in my life and cheap products are common. Great price for high quality

I love my embroidered lab coat (as does my partner who now has one.) However, I ordered my size but it is so small that I can't even close the coat. Granted, I do look like I am carrying twins (even though that isn't possible for a 48 year old male). But it is even small in the arms and shoulders.I still wear it everyday and people at school complement me and my fellow Biology Teacher on our fancy new lab coats.
