The English translation of the instructions is a little confusing so I mistakenly thought I had to take the outer grill with blue plastic perimeter off and apply the blades directly but DON'T do that! The blades are not secured to the rotation axis and will fly spinning off when you turn it on and touch it to material. Keep the grill on as it's shipped, don't lose an eye.Once I figured it out it went swimmingly and I shaved everything in sight haha. It's very satisfying and easy to use. I wish the cleaning brush had a longer handle to reach further inside parts but it's great that an extra blade is included. Oddly shaped clothing like socks can be tricky to lay flat but it removes well enough. Obviously don't shave clothing while they're on your body. You wouldn't iron a shirt while you're wearing it so also don't press spinning blades against your body, duh.

I bought some sweater jackets this season that I absolutely love but, because of the material, they pill like crazy. I was so bummed because they looked shabby after only a few wears. You can see when it's getting full and just empty it out. Ingenious! Love it! (And it's inexpensive too!) It saved my sweaters and I'm so happy!

Don't be fooled by the light and cheap feel of this product, this little gadget is wonderful and it works like a charm! I am so glad that I purchased it as it made my clothes look in such good shape. It uses a USB port as its source of energy, not rechargeable, keep plugged in and start shaving.

Works like a charm. Restored a favorite sweater that I was ready to donate. Worked a lot better after I figured out how to remove “frame” around shaver head. Also the USB plug in works great from laptop.UPDATE - shaver has completely died. No longer works at all. Not even a year old.

I was hesitant, but this little gem works like a charm. I wear leggings almost every day, and they start to gather little fuzz balls all over them, and look really weathered. This cleans them right up and they feel super soft again. Best part - is it plugs into my car USB port, and I can use it wherever I go!

Received my pill shaver today and immediately tested it one one of my sweaters. It works well and the lint catcher filled up with the pilling on my sweater. I have many wool sweaters that pill from wear and this will restore them to a newer looking condition. Recommend the product!!
