It's like any other similar treadmill mat on amazon and it serves it's purpose. However, two things to note: - It's listed as 2ft wide and 4ft long, but it's not really 4ft long. It's about 45inches long which is 3inch short of 4ft. It mattered to me. It may not matter to you. So measure what you need! - It's thinner than described. I ended up getting another mat that's real 0.3in thick. This one is about half that, so I'm going to guess more like 0.15inchHope above info is helpful for some. It should serve it's purpose of protecting the floor, but don't expect lot of dampening of sound/vibration from your gym equipment.

I have a treadmill that is on two thick mats. Overtime some of the silicone used to lubricate the belt soaked through the mats onto the carpet. We did not realize the issue until we moved the machine to replace the carpet in the house. The purpose for this mat is to go under the other two mats to stop the problem. It is one piece and fits perfect for my purpose. The silicone will not leak through this mat - problem solved.

Purchasing an indoor bike (Echelon Sport/Connected) seemed like a great choice all around - space saver, great cardio, low-maintenance, etc.A friend of mine recommended this mat, which I was hesitant at first due to the low reviews. My typical self gravitates towards products that have reviews in the 1000s. However, I trusted her judgment and pulled the trigger on this mat. I am REALLY glad to have gotten this one, and to share my excitement figured I would highlight what I initially enjoy from this mat. I want to be upfront and let folks know I've had it less than 1 week, but can already tell it's built to last.Here are some pros:- Feels extremely durable (thicker than expected)- Texture is nice, and can be wiped clean with ease- Nice print that doesn't scuff easilyCons:- I don't have any yet but will update the review if things changePS - the first pic is my attempt to flatten it out with books - it worked for me, so it may work for you.Would I purchase this item again? When purchasing a treadmill mat, my greatest concern was protecting the original wood floors in my 1952 house (since unfortunately that was the best place to put my treadmill). This mat seems to be doing the job well. We haven't noticed any movement in the wood or any indentations and the pad seems to absorb the motion well. It doesn't move at all and the treadmill feels quite secure.

This fits perfectly under my SOLE F80 treadmill on a hardwood floor. It significantly reduced the noise and, I’m sure, will protect the floor. Happy with the purchase.

Made for exercise equipment. I used it for a workbench top. It has taken 3 months of abuse from heavy toolboxes to pounding from projects. Not for metal work or soldering.

Product was delivered quick. At first I thought it was too light and thin for my treadmill. I placed the mat on existing carpet and treadmill on top I moved the treadmill a few weeks later to find the Mat worked great. It protected the carpet well and left no indenting or indication there is a heavy treadmill on top. I recommend this product for use.

The mat is the right size for the bike base. It protects our new wood floor when you use the bike.

The mentioned Dimensions are way too smaller for a treadmill. Also, the the material is thinner.
