I got this because I was let down by someone who was going to buff the lacquer on my car after spraying. I have no power point close to the car so this cigar lighter connection was my only hope. I have tried battery operated polisher/buffers, but they run out of power after a few minutes. This little machine excelled my expectations. It worked really well without too much effort. I have ended up with a car that has a wonderful shine to the lacquer.Update...I have had this polisher for under 3 months and it ha suddenly died on me. There is no way of getting a refund or replacement so I will not be buying this product again.

Sorry to say only giving it a 3 because the picture shows a plug with it so had to send it back that's the only reason I sent it back as no good for what I needed

Bit flimsy.. not powerful enough to really buff a glossy shine into old wooden surfaces.
