Fantastic capture card and up their with the more well known competitors.
I primarily use a Macbook Pro and finding a capture card which I could passt-hrough a 4k signal and record at 1080p that actually worked properly with a Mac has been a mission but so far this has been the best of them all. I tried the Elgato HD60s which is great within it's own software and quite stable but couldn't be used natively with OBS or similar, it also doesn't pass through a 4k signal, I tried the MyPin capture card which was in a word useless, and finally tried the Avermedia Live Gamer Ultra which was really unstable and used A LOT of the CPU resource. The Pengo capture card is simple, has a Microphone-In as well as a Headphone-Out monitoring port which is pretty useful but does only mix down to a single Audio source so if you want to record your commentary separately etc make sure you don't use those inputs and set everything up as seperate audio sources in OBS, other than than the quality has been really great after tweaking the settings in OBS a bit.The fact it is USB 3.0 A to A is a little weird but it does come with a A to C adapter which works fine, oddly enough though an expensive A-C Belkin cable didn't work so best to use what it comes with. Most importantly it runs well on a Mac, spec wise mine is a Macbook Pro 2.9Ghz i7 with the Radeon 460 4GB (unfortunatley due to MacOs's graphic card drivers you can;t utalise the GPU for rendering other than that it seems to run very stable overall). SO if you;ve got a reasonably new mac and you want to capture stuff at 1080p then you can't go wrong really.

Its plug and play with quality audio and video output
Its plug and play, works on windows 8 & above, Mac OS 10.13 & above. I used it with OBS studio for recording & it was recognised without any driver install. Overall, its a quality product to have.
