Got these for my wife who has chronic pain in most her joints from M.E and arthritis. She missed taking them for a day and and could really feel the difference. She now takes less pain relief from paracetamol as they seem to make pain relief last longer. Would definitely recommend.

Been taking these tablets for 8 days and upto now i have noticed NO improvement at all .. it is said you need to take for at least a month so fingers crossed for it to work
