For the uninitiated, it could be daunting to wade through what the products look like and brands are available. Iam familiar with Innis Free, Etude House, Missha, Mizon and those are just a few.

But like me, we thought that was unattainable since there just seems to be a real natural beauty that American women just don’t seem to have. She breaks each step down into an easy-to-read and understand format that makes it so easy to follow. What is so great is it is only ten steps so it is not hard to do that even someone new to wearing makeup can follow. Outstandingly, in my favorite part, she explains how to pre-cleanse our faces to remove makeup and daily grime without causing wrinkles. Continuing on we learn what steps we should do at night such as pre-cleansing and exfoliating. We learn what steps to do in the morning such as cleansing as well as other skincare tips like toner and moisturizing. I loved the precise guidance and the step-by-step directions to attain awesome results.So women throw away those washcloths and harsh American regimes and have that Asian beauty the Frey way!!

Nothing new here. I was hoping for a more into depth analysis with research and brand recommendations. Also there are some assumptions about Western Skincare that are outdated, eg many Western companies now make oil cleansers

The book was very interesting and I will definitely change my routine. Just not to that extreme. Too expensive, time consuming and most of these products are not available here.

This book is a road map to healthier and youthful skin! I did not realize how my lack of knowledge on a proper skin care routine has been counterproductive toward my goal of youthful skin.

It's just a basic introductory book on korean skin care steps and can be easily found on YouTube.Also it is a generic book, no products or diys mentioned.

This book tells you nothing literally. You can find te information from internet probably. I wouldn't recommend spending any money on it.
