How To Work (Please be careful to use this tool when you are cutting paper) : --Slide the wrapping paper cutter onto the wrapping paper. --Keep in mind that the device is very flexible.--Pull a piece of paper through the larger slot in the device.--Once the paper has reached the desired length, slide the wrapper to the end of the roll so that the paper falls into the groove in which the insert is inserted.--Now gently push the wrapper to clean the paper.--After the slicing is complete, simply place the wrapper in the center of the wrapper. It doubles as an organizer! Your paper will not disappear or become unorganized.Package Include : 1 x Christmas Wrapping Paper Cutter

Don’t buy
Do not buy this product. It is a waste of money. It won’t cut thin or thick paper. The time I put into trying to get it to cut (never did) I could’ve used scissors and been done.

Waste of my money
I have never given any item one star. I ordered two of these on December 2 and didn't receive til after Christmas. I still had Christmas presents to wrap because of our extended family out of town. I tried using this item, but I had no idea how to do it. I thought there would surely be some sort of instructions. Not that this was such a complicated item, but nothing seemed to work. I have thrown both away. In all seriousness, I was really looking forward to a new gadget.

DOES NOT WORK !
I PURCHASED SIX (6) OF THE CUTTERS FOR MY DAUGHTERS AND CLOSE FAMILY MEMBERS PRIOR TO THE CHRISTMAS SEASON. THEY CAME IN LATE . . . AFTER CHRISTMASFIRST OF ALL, THEY DO NOT FIT OVER A STANDARD ROLL OF WRAPPING PAPER AND THEY BLADE IS TOTALLY UNABLE TO CUT THE PAPER. ONLY TEAR ITTHE PRODUCT IS TOTALLY WORTHLESS AND I WANT TO RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND !JERRY [email protected]

Couldn’t get it to work. Maybe the roll of paper is too big- but it doesn’t come with instructions to that’s. It good

Defective garbage!
This came today. NO BLADE ON THE TUBE! CAN'T BELIEVE I PAID EVEN A PENNY FOR THIS DEFECTIVE PIECE OF GARBAGE.

Only fits small rolls of paper
It would not fit on any of my Christmas wrapping paper rolls.
