INSTRUCTIONSFill your bags with a suitable soil mixture, choose your plants, place in a bright area with plenty of sun, water regularly, fertilize as desired, and enjoy your homegrown vegetables. Potatoes: Place 4” of soil mixture in your grow bag. Place 3-4 prepared seed potatoes in the bag and cover with additional soil. As sprouts emerge, continue to cover them, leaving a few inches exposed. When shoots reach the top of the bag, stop adding soil. Water regularly as plants mature. After 10-15 weeks plants will wither and leaves turn brown. It’s time to harvest your potatoes! Carrots: Fill bag with soil mixture within 1” of top. Sprinkle with carrot seeds, and cover lightly with a thin layer of soil. Water regularly, and thin seedlings to 3” apart. Keep moist and harvest when they reach the desired size in 8-10 weeks. Tomatoes or Peppers: Fill bag with soil mixture within 1” of top. Carefully transplant 1-3 tomato starts into soil. Water regularly, fertilize as needed, and enjoy your crop of homegrown tomatoes in 8-12 weeks.
