I was really disappointed. The manual system was really flimsy. The handle felt like it was gonna break and it was difficult to pump enough vacuum.Battery powered system did work better but it felt a little odd in my hand, not a big deal. To load the rings on the tube with the cone was again ridiculous, the rings would would not fit on the cone at all. I could not get the range to hold my erection well at all. Frustrating I'm returning it after several attempts.Briton

Product works fantastic; It's a bit pricey and kind of a process to use it, but it woks well.
