Pure Warmth 5200-5051RM-100 Electric Heated Mattress Pad Twin

When I first called in I made sure that the controls are on the side of the bed not on top of the mattress by the feet do you prevent electrocution for some reason the mattresses does to me they assured me that it was on the side but when it arrived it was on top. I decided to try, Frustrated that night for being electrocuted I decided to return it but changed mine mind trying it with blankets on top of the plug the next time for several nights it did not work at all electrocuting me each time for the second time I marked it as a return. As nutty as it sounds I decide to give it one more try by washing it. It seem to kick the electricity from electrocuting me It’s three nights after it did not occur not even one time so washing seems to have done the job I needed the warmth for the back that’s why I tried so many times I know it works I just can’t stand being electrocuted. The other mattress cover was a different brand this one I kept for going on a month now since I washed it I would recommend it because it does work with not harming anyone you could give it as a gift the value for what you pay I would give five star instead of four it’s the most reasonable cost out there other than Sears for a smaller heated pad one comfort I don’t like the feeling of wires even though it may not be a wire it’s softer When you sleep flat you don’t feel it but when you put your elbows on it to move around you will that’s why I put three star maybe a bit harsh. It would be a five star if it doesn’t electrocute you & if you don’t mind when your elbows hit the Soft wire. It’s elegant looking the controls are simple it’s nice looking it’s more of a quality look good in anything cheap

Worked 1 season only. Amazon will not honor manufacturer warranty....Deal Yard will not honor 5 year warranty...Biddeford will not honor 5 year warranty. I enjoyed this mattress pad...quilted cotton is difficult to find in a Twin size. I wish I could get a replacement with warranty being honored.

This is the second one of these pads I've bought...neither lasted more than a few months. This one worked great for about 3 months, then started to shutting off after being on a few minutes. The indicator had an E on it, instead of a number. Finally it quit altogether. Also hated the plug at the foot of the bed...it's big and was right where my feet were and I finally pulled it off the edge of the bed. Won't buy this brand again.

Twin size mattress pad, on my bed for the winter months, in order to reduce heating bedroom.

Use year round to warm my bed before I go to bed. Then lower temperature to 4 for the night. Very pleased!

My grandson sleeps much better with this safe warm mattress cover!

I purchased this for my elderly father. He really enjoys the comfort of a warm surface and the control is easy to operate, and easy to read with his limited eyesight. Good product all around! Thanks!
