We have 2 golden retrievers and these are our leashes of choice. We have 2 sets of these for our girls. A worn out dirty set for ocean walks and a nice clean set for public. They do wash nicely, and hold up well to anything my girls can do to the leashes, like dragging them through mud and sand. The leash handle is the most comfortable we've found and the slip design makes it super easy to get it on and off your dog in a hurry. It's a great design, much preferable to other leash styles for us. We've been using ours for over a year and the leashes are in great shape, so I feel they are an excellent value.

Works great with my 5 month old puppy! It feels strong and sturdy. He’s getting big and strong so fast and his pulling is already hard to deal with so this is a LIFE SAVER. My only complaint is it’s hard to hold onto when you need to grab the leash closer to your dog for when you need them next to you. But overall I love this product.

We have a 93-pound Rottie. She was an easy leash walker until she reached 18 months. Then she began the sled dog behavior. We tried a choke collar and had improved but not perfect behavior. A trainer suggested a figure 8 style leash. It solved the problem. We tried a figure 8 with the additional ring for the cross-over under the chin. It would bind. This leash is perfect, soft on our hands, and it does not have the extra ring.
