Pop-Up Pee Pad, Male Dog Puppy Pads with Hydrant Target, 50 Pads/Box

My little Maltese Maka has been using pee pads since we brought him home 3 years ago. I have mobility issues so taking him out every time isn’t always possible. He’s a good boy and never uses the floor. The issue was he would make little pee paw prints on my wood floors afterwards so I was mopping several times a day. WISH I HAD TRIED THESE A LONG TIME AGO! As they solved the pee prints INSTANTLY! No more mopping afterwards. Yay!!! In the pic’s you’ll see a larger pad underneath the Pop Up Pad. That’s a transition from our previous program of stacking a smaller pad on top of a larger one. Plus it allows me to use one twice by cutting off the corner where he went poo. There was no training necessary. Just pop it up where ever they typically go and wait for the magic to happen! It takes a lot for my very frugal hubs to be impressed but he’s mentioned how impressed he is every day since I added these to our lives :) If you have a boy dog, Pop Up Pee Pads are a must. They’re absorbent, with no seep through. They do cost a little more but for me, they’re worth it. I rely heavily on Amazon reviews, so I hope this helps.

Well I have a now 6 yr old Morkie named Max! His personality is bigger than you could imagine and he knows no stranger an he loves having kids to chase him qn go down slides lol, but oh hold on bc also has triple plus attitude and vindictive side like no other dog's I've had in my 50 yrs lol. So if you make him mad by leaving him home alone, or don't play with him on demand ect, MAX WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT BY ACTUALLY GOING TO YOUR BED AN PEEING ON PILLOWS,UR SIDE OF BLANKET, THEN PUDDLES ON CORNERS OF RECLINERS INCLUDING FOOT REST, AROUND ALL CORNERS OF ISLAND, HAS RUINED EVERYTHING WOOD FROM HIM PEE AN ABSORBING URINE, ANY RUGS, ECT. BUT UNTIL I WATCHED THE EPISODES OF BILL AND JENS SHOW WHERE THEY WERE HAVING SAME ISSUES WITH THEIR SMALL ROCKY,AND I HONESTLY COULDN'T WAIT TO GET MY HANDS ON THEM.AN AT 1ST AND STILL NOW FIGHT WITH COSTS AND THEN THE $10 SHIPPING, I ALSO HAVE ISSUES WITH THE HYDRANT BEING GLUED PROPERLY, QN ONE MORE ISSUE IS THAT THE PAD ITSELF IS AMAZING AND DOES HOLD ALOT,BUT I KNOW I'M NOT ALONE THAT THE PAD NEEDS TO BE ENLARGED BC I WATCH THE 7LB HAVING TROUBLE FINDING ENOUGH SPACE FOR HIS COMFORT. I watched the show The Little Couple and saw when Bill came up with the idea to add the cardboard fire hydrant to puppy pee pads. I thought it sounded like a good idea but I didn’t have any dogs at the time. Not too long after we got a small boy rescue pup. He was already housebroken. I ran across the pee pad on Amazon and bout the smaller travel pack. Stubby didn’t pay any attention to them. Fast forward several years and he is now an older dog with heart problems and needs to go out every couple of hours. In the early morning hours when we were both in deep sleep and didn’t hear him up he decided it would be ok to pee in one spot in the house. Got out the hydrant pee pads and they now work like a charm. He doesn’t use them every day but when he needs to go out and we don’t wake up he goes on the pad. They work just like they were intended to. Don’t know if it would be a helpful for a female dog but for the boy that lifts a leg they are great. They are large and thick so they catch all of the extra nighttime liquid. Glad Rocky inspired Bill to come up with the idea and that he and his brother actually had them manufactured.

I have a new one year old who is still working on his housetraining and his comfort going on walks outside. These have been an amazing help. After he mastered the concept of going in one location, he still had a lot of trouble peeing ON the pad. He kept on stepping on the pad and lifting his leg to pee off of it. These pads have helped a great deal by giving him a target. He's successful 90% of the time now. I've noticed in some of the other reviews that people thought these were too big for small dogs. I disagree. I'm working with a 4 pound little guy and he has no problem with them at all. The red hydrants are taller than he is, but then again, so are all of the hydrants out in the real world.

These are pricey, but I haven’t found anything like them elsewhere. They really help the dogs with their aim so I will continue buying them. I’ve probably been using them for a year already. As far as the pad part it’s good quality and not too thin like some.

We have had issues with our male toy poodle not hitting the pee pads correctly, so I thought I would give these a try. I will say the quality of the pad itself is AWESOME. As far as the hydrant in the middle it did not work for my dog. Instead of peeing on it he chewed on it every time I put a new one down and pulled the hydrant off the pad. I finally just cut the hydrants off of the pads. He never once tried to use it as intended. While this did not work for our male, maybe it will for yours.

I have a senior dog who in the last year has not been able to hold his pee in as much as he used to. He only pees on raised things like wall corners, toys left out, couch corners, the corner of a dog bed, shoes... It has been a headache cleaning up after him and he didn't seem to be taking to the regular potty pads. This pop up pad has been a life changer for us! He took to it immediately and has been consistently using it, without any type of training since the pop up hydrant is so enticing that he wants to mark it. The placement means he never gets any pee outside of the pad. It has kept my house so much cleaner! This will be a lifelong purchase for us now.

I knew someone would beat me to it - this is what I’ve been wanting! I have two boy dachshunds who are former strays and, since they are also bitter rivals, they still won’t stop marking stuff around the house - including ME once! I was standing talking to my neighbor and Gussie just lifted his leg and peed on my ankle. Well, it feels nice to be wanted. These are the cutest pads on top of being highly effective. My boys go right for them, and their marking elsewhere has dramatically decreased. And the little red hydrant pop up is as cute as it is simple brilliance. Additionally, there’s enough room around the hydrant for my girls to go on there too if they can’t go outside (my little low riders do *not* want anything to do with wet grass, even if it’s not actually raining at that moment.) These pads are everything I ever wanted in a pee pad. They are great quality, they’re effective, they’re affordable, and if you’re gonna need to use pee pads in your house, it’s a bonus to have them be cute.
