Hi: Corn syrup, water, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, nonfat milk, heavy cream, salt, pectin, natural flavor, disodium phosphate. I like La Lechera Dulce de Leche better and the ingredients are more wholesome - milk, sugar, and less than 0.5% of sodium phosphate, salt, potassium sorbate (preservative), disodium phosphate. I use this in lattes and I did not like the Ghirardelli for my lattes at all. Kathleen
