When I put this set together, I did use a ratcheting tool with an allen head attachment, which made putting this together quick and simple. I had a defective piece on one corner chair. I contacted the seller and was promptly answered. I asked for a replacement piece and they sent me an entire new chair. It came less than one week after contacting them. Excellent customer service. I love this furniture. I do wish it had a taller back, so I'd give it four stars for comfort, but I just turn the back cushion on its side and that helps with the comfort level. The cushions are firm and comfortable. It looks amazing, the color (blue) was exactly how it looked in the pic. I did purchase a furniture cover so I can't speak to how water resistant it is. I love that the cushions are zippered so they can be washed easily. And it looks beautiful sitting on my deck. I am completely happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
