This pillowcase fits the EnduriMed pillow that is useful for CPAP users who have to wear a mask, which can make it difficult to sleep when you are sleeping on your side or on your stomach, because the mask gets pushed out of place on your face and doesn't provide good therapy. The idea of this pillow is to provide spaces where the mask can go without being pushed off your face.When I first opened this pillow and looked at it I thought "there is no way this is going to work. I'm gonna try it a couple of days, but I bet I will be returning it".But lo and behold after the first night, I thought hey this really is working. I am going to give it a few more weeks to make sure it continues to do what I want, but I think this is going to be an excellent help for CPAP users.

I’m new to CPAP, and I use a Philips Fitlife total face mask. I’m mostly a side sleeper, and until I got this pillow I had problems retaining a good mask seal on a normal pillow. From the first day of use, my sleep numbers improved markedly, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly recommend this mask.

Great pillow, but you will need to get uses to it if switching from a standard pillow. It does help a lot to prevent leaks, and my blood oxygen saturation is a lot better as a result.

This pillowcase is nice although not super cooling. It is cooler than the cover that comes with the pillow though. I wish the zipper was a bit sturdier. I'm afraid I'll break it when I remove the cover to wash.

Although cooler than most conventional cotton pillow cases, it does not cool like the cool gel filled cases available for standard pillows

The biggest joke is on me , I got one piece of small foam in the middle of a piece of cloth the cloth just lays flat the piece of foam is not large enough to lay your head on and it goes flat just laying your hand on it , never again

I honestly don’t see anything this pillow case does. It’s also pretty expensive. The case that comes with the pillow works fine. Even as an extra case this case is a very expensive pillow case. I have no complaints other than the price and I don’t see the features as beneficial. But it’s a descent case other than that.
