Save your money and use plastic wrap from your kitchen
This was not what I expected. It is basically like Saran or Glad wrap on a miniature roll and does not stick well when you are trying to graft. I am used to a thicker type material that has a grabbing quality. This does not have that quality. I will most likely toss it in the trash.

A Must for Outdoor Growers
If you grow outdoors and have plants with long branches it's only a matter of time until a heavy rain or wind storm breaks a branch or two. This tape does a great job of repairing the damaged area.If the branch breaks off it makes a real nice band aide to cover the damaged area. If the branch splits but is still attached you can use this to help patch things back together. It can be a little awkward to use if the break is deep inside the plant, but it does the job. It will not hold the weight of a heavy branch together so what I normally do is tie the branch to a bamboo stake or the top of my grow cage to carry the weight then use the tape to affect the repair and seal the deal.Because it works like saran wrap it can be a bit difficult to get started, but once yo get a few good wraps in, you can then really get it tight for a strong finished repair. Plus as the plant grows it continues to stretch so you don't choke off a branch which can happen with other repair methods. I keep this handy along with some bamboo stakes and string so I can do emergency repairs as soon as possible after a storm. All outdoor grows, and indoor growers for that matter, should have this in their toolbox and I can recommend it without reservation. A roll goes a long way too.

Good product.
It's a nice product. I'm glad I bought it. I wish that it was explained in the information section that it was coming from Vietnam because it took a LONG time to get here and I had no link to ask what was happening with it. I'm thinking that would be a good idea to put on the page. But it was reasonably priced and I was very happy to get it once it got here.

the reviews are right
its nothing but plastic or sarah wrap in thin strip size...same stickiness as a cheaper brand plastic wrap...butttt once I get the adhesion from multiple "loops" its off to the races then ! seals the entire graft....great moisture retentions, keeps out infection and dryness....i JUST ordered two more rolls ...so why not a 5 ?....the poor initial adhesion...oh and the warmer the weather the better it sticks. If its cold out....uhmmm not a good day to graft with this stuff cuz its harder to stick.

Good Grafting Tape
Tape worked well. I wanted to buy 1/2 inch wide tape, but couldn't find any for a reasonable price that shipped to California. This 1 inch wide tape worked fairly well for my 24 citrus scion grafts, but paying more for 1/2 inch tape may have been worth it. To clarify, grafting tape sticks to itself like Saran brand plastic wrap. It has no adhesive, so the "sticking" is fairly weak.
