Do you ever wake up and feel like you've been hit by a train? Wish you had just one more rest day? Perfect. That means you're putting in the work, now it's time to reap the rewards. Your body recovers and your muscles grow AFTER your time in the gym is up. PR-10 Post-Workout reinforces your effort by maximizing muscle growth, minimizing soreness, and speeding overall body recovery so you can get back in the gym quicker, and more work + faster recovery = unrivaled results. L-Leucine has been shown to stimulate muscle protein synthesis and inhibit muscle protein breakdown. Simply put, it maximizes muscle growth while minimizing muscle wasting, exactly what any athlete wants. L-Leucine, Creatine, and Betaine Anhydrous form an alloy of performance enhancement, giving you heightened endurance, greater working power, and enhanced muscle growth. Potassium prevents lactic acid build up within muscle fibers, eliminating interference which promotes efficient muscle recovery and growth. Creatine, one of the most used and studied supplements in existence, is paired with Betaine Anhydrous to increase strength, endurance, and muscle hypertrophy, helping you push the extra distance for measurable results. These time-proven ingredients will help your body regenerate at optimal capacity, allowing for insanely fast recovery. Magnesium Citrate aids in preventing muscle cramps and spasms after a hard day in the gym.

Sucralose in a sports supplement? Really?
This drink tastes like diet soda because it uses sucralose as a sweetener! Sucralose is the fake sweetener that replaces the oxygen in sugar with chlorine so our bodies won't digest it, in theory. I'm truly baffled why any sports supplement would contain such a toxin. After a long workout, we need real sugar to replace all that lost energy. Aside from destroying healthy bacteria in our gut, sucralose tastes WAY too sweet, which builds up our sweet taste tolerance giving us more cravings that eventually become impossible to fulfill naturally (Google 'diet coke addiction' for a horrifying lesson on this). I'm really bothered that this gross and unhealthy chemical was added to a sports nutritional supplement. I wish any diet product containing fake chemical sweeteners would have some sort of international warning label! Discovering that a product is diet after tasting it is rather unpleasant. If this product would've used natural sweeteners, it would've been fantastic. Avoid this unless you are okay with chlorine-based chemical sweeteners that your body can't digest. If you do take this, you should probably supplement this supplement with a good pro-biotic to replace all that healthy bacteria in our digestive system that this product will sterilize.

Great product!
This is a great product! When mixing it is easy to dissolve and you don’t end up with lumps of powder. After taking this I did not feel the muscle soreness that I typically feel the rest of the day. Being diabetic, it was nice to find a good product that won’t spike my blood sugar! Definitely will be trying other products from this great company!

Noticeable difference when using this after workouts
I had never used a post workout before this but had heard good things about this one from a friend. I wanted to see if it would help with soreness in between workouts (as I’m on an eternal quest to get back in shape post kids).I notice a huge difference when I forget to take it after working out versus how good I feel when I do use it.Also as far as supplements go, it is tasty! I put it in my shaker bottle with water and ice and it is delish. Highly recommend.

Here we go....
This review is specifically for the Dedlift PR-10 recovery drink. Other products mentioned in this review will be addressed in their own areas individually in a similar format. This review will be updated with results in the near future. The before picture will go up then. If I'm to fail miserably, I'll do it privately.Noticed all of these workout supplements available on Vine and thought I'd just give some a whirl. Worst that could happen is that I get back into my daily cardio habit, right?I work outside in a hot climate, so I keep my workouts at the end of the day simple. I can't wake up feeling like I've fallen down a flight of stairs, it just makes for a very crappy day. 60 minutes on a rowing machine. Full body cardio in the areas that I want it, nothing more.I'm not going to change my diet. I can get good results just from a good diet, I just can't stick with them. Chronic sweet tooth syndrome. Instead I'll just continue being a human garbage disposal unit. Any marked improvements I see beyond what I expect from just getting back on my workout routine should then theoretically be due to the workout supplements I'm taking.Theoretically....So here's the list of all of the products, just in case this actually works and someone wants to fail at replicating the results:Pre-WorkoutPro Supps Dr. Jekyll Energy Drink.Pro Supps Mr. Hyde Energy Drink.Post-WorkoutMuscle Tech Muscle Builder PMDedlift PR-10Dailies:Dedlift Turbine Testosterone BoosterBest Earth Muscle EnhancerSix Star Testosterone BoosterSelection is not based on anything other than what was available, and what I could find that wasn't just a caffeine delivery system. Seems to be a lot of those floating around.

Tastes like Watermelon Gum
So here we have a Creatine supplement with some Magnesium and Potassium, as well as some Leucine and Betaine, all sweetened with chlorinated sugar and maltodextrin, and flavored with a chemical flavor pack. Most flavored nutritional products (not sold for insane prices) use chlorinated sugar as it's cheap. However in large doses this can give people headaches so be aware. Chemical flavor packs ("natural flavorings") are almost omnipresent in processed foods and are used for just about anything that is shelf stable and not refrigerated.Magnesium and Potassium are crucial minerals that most people don't get enough of, and a deficiency will result in spasms (twitchy-eye) and cramps (charlie horse) respectively. Neither of these minerals is 100% of your daily need but if you are not suffering a deficiency this amount won't hurt (athletes are literally "sweating out their minerals" so mineral supplementation is a must).Personally I take these products because I suffer fatigue and creatine prevents muscles from wasting away, and potassium prevents horrendous nightly leg muscle cramps I used to get that are extremely painful. You CAN take these supplements without the chemical flavoring (creatine is mostly tasteless, magnesium tastes like sweet candy, and potassium tablets are very small and effective). However if you would rather drink these things and don't want to mix in other ingredients this supplement is fine provided you don't get sucralose headaches.
