Not a great casting. Did not mate well with female end. All 3 sides, some worse than others.
I abandoned using this tee because of the bad casting would not mate well with a better made (name brand) 1/2" NPT female end from shut offs I purchased separately. The shut offs I bought were not the problem as they mate very well with other 1/2" NPT male applications I have.I would not purchase any items from the manf. again. Fooled me once.

works better than brass fitting
used this fitting to connect hot work line too sink and inline hot water heater, by way of flex water lines. works great and no leaks the first time.

3 way 1/2 inch tee
I love this male threaded 1/2 inch 3 way tee! Home depot doesn't carry this, so this worked exactly as needed.
