Really awesome idea, and for the most part works. I planned on using this as a bedside lamp and planned to leave it plugged in all of the time, but the charging indicator light flashes red and green nom-stop. I wish I could disable that in the software.Edit: I have since opened the lamp and put black acrylic paint over the charging indicator. Enjoy the lamp much more.

I bought two of these with the idea of using one and giving the other away. The concept is really neat and once your turn it on it looks absolutely beautiful, which made it hard for me to face the reality of the situation. I connected it to my Smart Life app and for a brief day or so it seemed to work just fine. When the battery died the first time and I recharged it, the app stopped recognizing the lamp so I had to remove it from my devices and create it again (no biggie, I thought, it must be something accidental) the second time the battery died I had to do it again and then again and then again until I decided to try the second one I had and see if maybe that one didn't have the same situation, but it just happened all over again. On top of that the battery life is really short (like 4 hours short) and the whole purpose of having a wireless lamp is not to have to recharge it everyday or have a wire connected to it all the time, which you'll have to do with this one. In summary I wouldn't recommend this purchase to anyone, it is absolutely beautiful but it needs some more development. Needless to say I returned both of them.

Obsessed with this lamp. I’ve wanted one for so long because of all the pictures online and I’m glad I finally got one. The price is incredible. So cool having Alexa control it and changing the warmth of white!!My only issue is that the battery doesn’t last at all lol.Anyone know if there is a longer cord so the lamp can stay plugged in?

This is a great night or atmosphere light for any room and provides at least 12 hours battery life.Initial setup is challenging however to say the least for voice control especially since the device control buttons/switches can vary depending for product. Possibly also from purchaser, ie Amazon, Facebook or various websites. Still great night light used manually without voice command.Tip: Connect to 2.4 GHZ for initialization before network change to 5 GHz.Also, app complete delete and reinstall at least 2-3 times if unsuccessful the first.Credit for this last tip to another Amazon purchaser answering my own challenge with setup.

I have several other Moon Lights (touch, remote control, etc.), so this product looks very much like those lights. The app to control the light over WiFi was fairly complicated to set up, and I almost did not do it because the app wants to know things like my phone and address along with turning on location services. The app does turn the light on/off as well as adjust the brightness level. I'm only giving four stars because they app wants to know way too much info just to turn this light on/off and the charge on the moon light does no last very long (less than 5 days) even with very limited and occasional use of less than 15 minutes on 2-3 days.

The idea is nice, it looks beautiful. Needless, it keeps getting unresponsive and it is impossible to use with alexa for more than a few hours. It also turns on by itself sometimes in the middle of the night and it wakes me up. I thought the first time I got it it was the only one defective and that's why I returned it and get a new one, but the situation was the same again. Don't get this product.

Wow. What a mood light it is.. every time I turn this thing on it sets the mood.. and the mood is what what in the butt butt.. oh yeah.

It would not connect to the app. Essentially a too bright, expensive night light that goes dead after a night. Very dissatisfied with purchase, especially because it was for my children and they are dissapointed.
