Organic raw milk kefir starter culture high in beneficial bacteria ferment up to 1 litre of any animal milk. Kefir is a powerful fermented beverage made by fermenting cows or other animal milks with live kefir cultures. Method Place the grains into fresh milk of your choice, cover and leave for 24-48 hours. After 24-48 hours strain the liquid through a nylon sieve to separate the grains then bottle and refrigerate the kefir milk.
