Love this tea!! It works!! I like it cold with just a bit of sugar or sweet in low which takes away any bitter taste which I admit I was concerned about with so many reviews claiming it was bitter. The other tea they make for sleeping aid is more bitter but like I said, a little bit of sweetener goes a long way here!! I have even used honey and it works too. The bitter taste is not overwhelming by the way. You should be able to drink plain if you prefer as it is mildly bitter at most. Enjoy!! 😊

I have terrible insomnia! I have been on sleeping prescriptions for about 20 years and stopped taking them about 6 months ago. I had a very hard time sleeping most of all falling asleep. Let me tell you this stuff is WONDERFUL!!! I have just placed my second order. Love it!!!

I can't say yet anything about how the tea performs, since only I tried 2 times... But it toulk 3 weeks to receive the little box!! That... I was displeased.

I look forward to my evening cup of this tasty tea. Sometimes I sip it on its own, sometimes I add a little honey. Either way, it tastes very nice and really does help to relax me. I do sleep better after I've had my cup of tea!

These helped so much when I was waking up for work at 5 in the morning and had trouble getting to sleep before midnight. It knocked me out, but I didn't have that groggy feeling when waking up

I've tried many 'sleep' teas but this is the 1st one that works for me and it has a very nice flavor

Used these a few times now and are ok. Have trouble sleeping very often & tried most remedies. Like the taste of these - not too strong a flavour.
