I have got no complains at all. 5 star mattress!
I love it! I love it! I love it!I slept on the floor for weeks ! I was terrified to buy another mattress so I searched for ages! I have no complains at all regarding the mattress. It's firm and yet, so soft . I love the fact that when my husband sit or stand, I don't roll in the middle. Delivery service was brilliant too! I suppose to get it after Christmas and I got it before Christmas and always was updated when will be here.If this mattress will go £100 up and I need to buy another one, I'll still pay the money as is worthy.Thank you Bed Center !

A comfortable mattress at a reasonable price
Good quality at a reasonable price. I ordered the medium firm and have a mattress topper on it now. Would recommend this addition. Very pleased with my purchase.

Good value but with a warning.
When I ordered the mattress I didn't notice that the 'buttons' were so far apart. There are dips that we have never had with any other mattress we've bought - and we've bought quite a few over the years.It is good value for money BUT we would definitely NEVER PUT AN ELECTRIC BLANKET ON TOP OF IT. We used it for one night with the electric blanked tied onto it but not switched on as it wasn't cold enough and the electric blanket had moulded itself into the deep troughs of the mattress. We feel this could cause the electric wiring to stretch, which would not be good.We've put the mattress onto a guest bed that won't ever have an electric blanket on it.A smaller item we would have returned.

Not what I expected according to advertising.
The media could not be loaded. Came wrapped in the plastic bag.Does look/feel like it's open coil mattress not pocket coil spring mattress. Fabrics look ok.Side support non-existent, if you sleep near side you might fall out of bed, mattress is soft, not firm at all, will not suit heavier person. Seems like it's one year mattress. Will update review in few months, or not, in case I'll return it!
