The rolling mat is helpful, but takes technique that I don’t have. The sushi bazooka is awesome and simple to operate. Separate the two halves of the bazooka, fill each half part way with rice, and top the rice with fillings and carefully close so that nothing falls out. Then put on the end cap and compress. After compressing remove the cap and push out onto a sheet of seaweed and roll. It is that easy. When your done put it in the dishwasher.

Once I got going, this was super easy to use! I'm a beginner at this and cranked out 4 rolls in less than 30 minutes. One suggestion I would make is to dampen the inside of the tube before starting the filling process (to keep the rice from sticking). It helps make it easier to push the roll from the tube without any mishaps. :) Love all the extra tools it came with, too!

Was straight forward instructions and easy to use to use. Rolls came out great. I wish it came with recipes but overall a good buy for price.

I have to admit...I was skeptical. BUT I'm pleased to report that this product works exceptionally well! This is a lot of fun for date night or girl's night.

This was very interesting to use. I would recommend be light on the rice because if you use too much it will be hard to close. The only issue I had was getting the knife to properly cut the sushi.

This was very easy to use and made my first time rolls look professional. My 14 year old used the mats and real rolling technique and everything worked great for hi first time as well.

I made sushi!!! This was so cool. I would of liked the hinges to be more sturdy to aid in closing the tube but overall this thing on awesome. The knife cut well, pretty chopsticks, everything was cool.
