Love this pan definitely!I made a quiche,before baking,I was a little worried the fluted sides would not release the pie,but it came right out and the rim helped to make a beautiful crust.So far,can't beat the quality for the price.Some useful tips from my use,hope it is useful:1) Before baking,I will suggest that though the tart pan is non-stick,I still spray them lightly with some oil just to be on the more safe side.2) After baking,once cool or with an oven mitt,lifting the bottom was an ease to get the tart out.Much easier to serve than from the regular tart pan.3) Washing was an ease.Because mine has nothing stuck.so i just use a soft sponge to clean.Certainly dishwasher safe too.I really love the quiche pan,enjoy my pies.Forget to say:it is fast delivery and with nice sponge safe package.Highly recommend,good quality and good price.

Good value

I used these pans to make different flavored tarts for a holiday get together. They’re small so you can have a little sweets without overindulging. They’re very easy to get the pastry out and cleaning is fairly easy. The ridges make it a bit difficult to get all the food but it doesn’t take much to clean.

Lovely shape for celebratory presentation. Not as sturdy as more expensive pans. Also a little more tricky to blind bake a tart crust with the rectangular shape. All in all a good value for the price.

Very happy with this tart pan. Pies/tarts don't stick and my tarts come out very easily. Probably good to know that the sides are very low- which is what a tart pan should be- very unlike a pie pan- for those who are ordering something like this for the first time.
