Natrica Women's Multi-Vitamin, 120 Count. Women's Multi-Vitamin B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, Folic Acid, Biotin, iron, D3, Choline, Niacinamide, Beta Carotene, Lutein, Vitamin C, Selenium, Iodine, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Copper. Natrica states that it has created a complete vitamin pill designed just for women by an American- owned business, including a targeted list of vitamins and minerals. Its product is natural, non-GMO, Vegan.Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is necessary for growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth. The body must have vitamin D to absorb calcium and promote bone growth. Too little vitamin D results in soft bones in children (rickets) and fragile, misshapen bones in adults (osteomalacia). The body also needs vitamin D for other important body functions. B vitamins play a vital role in maintaining good health and well-being. As the building blocks of a healthy body, B vitamins have a direct impact on energy levels, brain function, and cell metabolism. Vitamin B complex helps prevent infections and helps support or promote: cell health. Biotin - The body needs biotin to help convert certain nutrients into energy. It also plays an important role in the health of your hair, skin, and nails.I’m grateful that these pills aren’t horse pills, as vitamin pills so often are that I must struggle to swallow. But, as the user is instructed to take them twice a day, it means the jar is only a two month supply, which makes it a bit pricey. I haven’t had time to do a price check, but hope this product isn’t another example of the pink tax. That is, the manufacturer’s dolling up the exact same product as used by men, but charging more for it as the label’s all cute little bunny rabbits and flowers. It’s been known to happen. However, I take comfort in the thought that this is a solid product, containing many ingredients known to be required by the body, and quite a few thought to be helpful.

No RDA Percentages Listed
While these might be the best vitamins on the planet, if I can't see an RDA percentage list I have no idea how much is the right amount. They seem to have a lot of vitamins and mineral minus the K2 (no K at all), and the iron is 18mg (2 pills) which is the normal amount for women who are still menstruating. Those who are post menopausal should not take these because the excess iron can cause liver damage. I like that the pills are small so taking 2 shouldn't be too difficult for most people. I just need to see a table listing RDA percentages.

I find the label unbelievably difficult and confusing.
When this came, the first thing I did was to look at the label to see what's in each pill. To my astonishment and dismay, the amount of each nutrient is listed, but RDA is NOT. I'm not a dietician, so I largely have NO idea how much of each should be expected, even as a "jumping off place." Each nutrient has a Biblical-style cross listed, and I wasn't able to find any explanation of what the cross means. If I'm missing it, somebody please correct me. On the pro side, the pills are on the smaller side, for those who don't like "horse pills."

Not thrilled by the price.
I can't seem to find any justification for the high price of this bottle of vitamins. It is small and easy to swallow. However, the price is not! Additionally, the label provides scant information.

Talc? Micronized Wax? And is the Confectioner's Glaze absolutely necessary?
These vitamins are chock-full of essential vitamins and nutrients. However, I am disappointed in some of the "additives." Talc? Micronized Wax? And is the Confectioner's Glaze (Shellac/Bug Excretions) absolutely necessary? Whether these ingredients are "safe" or not, I wish high grade pharmaceuticals would be as "all natural" as possible! Although there are 120 tablets, the recommended dose is 2 per day. For a 60-day supply, these vitamins are not inexpensive. I do, however, appreciate that they are MADE IN THE USA by a California-based company who designs their products for brain-gut axis.

Decent Multivitamin for Women
This multivitamin is easy to swallow - they are white oval tablets with a smooth coating on them. They aren't chalky and go down easily. I find that I have more energy whenever I take them so they work well for me. However, it's not clear which age group of women these multivitamins are geared toward (Centrum makes ones designed for older versus younger women). As you get older you need other vitamins to make up for deficients such as eye health (I take a Lutein supplement). The best thing is that they're made in the USA and have most of the essential ingredients you need as a woman. I just wish they had a version for older women with different health needs.

Small Pills - Very Expensive
This multivitamin appears to have quality ingredients and the pills are small but it's pretty expensive. One reviewer mentioned that this will last them 4 months. That isn't true unless they are only taking 1/2 a dose since a single dose is 2 pills. Instead, this product will only last 2 months. At the time of me writing this, it's $35 for two months which is pretty expensive for a normal run of the mill multi-vitamin. Similarly, Garden of Life, which is known for their quality ingredients is $36 for 3 months and Garden of Life contains significantly more vitamins and organic fruit/vegetable blends. Seems like this Natrica multivitamin is priced out of it's league and I can't recommend this compared to other higher quality products that also are cheaper.

Just okay
Just okay. Not my favorite vitamin, but it works fine.
