If you are ready to shake up the monopoly game nights then Settlers of Catan is your gateway to a beautiful board game world. Cities and knights is a great extension to the game once you have become familiar with the base game. I do caution new players from starting with cities and knights.

A Must Have Expansion Pack
Love this game. Got it as a gift for my son who is an avid player. He absolutely loved it! Highly recommended for the Catan players.

Figured it out in the first game
My wife and I have played this every day since we got it. We figured it out about halfway through the first game. It really adds more fun to the basic Catan by providing several optional ways to acquire points. As with anything made by this company, it feels overpriced, but it is really fun.

I may have a slight obsession.
This game is so much fun to play - just be prepared to sacrifice a few friendships due to betrayal. Then again, if they betrayed you, they were never really your friends in the first place.

Making memories while playing this game
We have a Condo in Tahoe and love playing this game when all together. I even bought more variety’s of it. 6 adults play it easily, as mom I always loose!
