I use them as slippers and LOVE them!
I know these shoes were meant to be worn at the beach or pool, but I had a different purpose for these.I was wanting to replace an existing pair of slippers (They’re actually a pair of shoes, but I wear them as slippers), but I’m pretty picky when it comes to these. My existing pair of slippers are fairly light, but the soles as you can imagine are pretty thick since they’re actually a pair of walking shoes. So while they serve pretty well as slippers (being light and all), they aren’t exactly couch friendly. So I find these and ordered them in gray. They look great, they’re light, have breathable fabric and almost feel like a pair of socks. The soles are pretty thin, but that’s what I was looking for. They even have removable insoles that I can throw in to the wash when they become… you know… dirty. :) I’ll provide an update after a couple of months to comment on how durable they are with daily usage. Other than that, like everyone else mentioned here in the comments section, I’d order a whole size down as they run large, kinda like Converse All-Stars low top sneakers. Other than that, I’m loving them.

Comfortable, lightweight, great alternative to traditional water shoes
I purchased these water socks for use primarily in the ocean and at water parks. Now, they haven’t had much wear yet so I can’t comment on how they hold up or how they work in the water, but here are my observations so far:They fit very true to size. I wear a 10-10.5. I purchased the 9-10 size because I didn’t want them flapping around in the water. They fit exactly as I expected them too, snug but not tight. They are lightweight and you stop noticing that you’re wearing them after a while. The sole is comfortable and has good traction. These seem to be a GREAT option to traditional water shoes. The only “con” is that they don’t fold up and stay folded as other reviews kind of suggested. But they are still super easy to pack.

A Solid Pair of Wet Shoes
I purchased these to try on my next vacation. I figured these will work poolside or at the beach. However, after trying them on I think I will keep them as shower shoes. I don't love the way they look on my heels, but otherwise they do fit as expected. And they are very lightweight. The pouch they arrived in was also a good touch and will help to avoid soiling clothes packed in my luggage.

comfortable but slipped off my feet in the sand and waves
Very cute and comfortable. I used these while snorkeling from the beach in Kauai, as flippers tend to cut up my tender feet. They were very easy to get on, but also slipped off and filled with sand while walking under water, so I had to periodically rinse them out. I'll try more of an ankle bootie style next time.

Way sturdier than they look or feel
Bought these to take camping, canoeing, and portaging in the Boundary Waters. When they arrived, and I saw how thin and insubstantial they were, I was pretty worried. I was going into the wilderness, and I was afraid they were not going to hold up, but it was too late to get anything else, so I tossed them in my suitcase. I wore them for 4 days - over rocks and gravel, through mud, in the water. It was like I was barefoot (my favorite thing), no blisters, no rips in the fabric, no holes in the sole. Plus, the pretty roses got lots of compliments from my fellow campers. I would definitely buy them again.

I bought these shoes to use while teaching swim lessons. I bought a size smaller as suggested by other reviewers and they fit perfect. I ordered the fish pattern - they are very cute. Three stars - maybe it should have been two- because the fabric had a hole in the big toe on both shoes after wearing them today for four hours worth of lessons. Also, there is abrasion where the fabric and sole meet one the outside front of one shoe caused by the texture of the pool bottom and me being on y knees with students. The material is neoprene -like but not the quality and strength of actual neoprene. These shoes would be good for general swimming swimming but not for what I need. I sent them back for a refund and am trying a different - more sturdy w as ter shoe.

LOVE THEM!
I bought these for swim aerobics at the local YMCA. They are great in the pool. They add a little resistance to my kicking and I love that! They are also super for the locker room coz lets face it, bacteria loves a bare foot. They are made of a quick drying material so I just shake them out and throw them in my bag for the next class. The print is absolutely adorable and I've recommended them to a few of the other ladies in class but told them that there are enough designs to pick from, they are not allowed to purchase the same ones I have! So far so good!

I love the design on these water shoes
I love the design on these water shoes, that being said they feel a little short in the length. My toes are at the very end and a little cramped, according to the sz. Chart I ordered the right sz. It's been raining so far on my day off so I haven't had the chance to wear them for kayaking yet. I hope they won't bother my toes to much, I will update when I have a nice day.
