LWW - SOAP for Family Medicine 2nd Edition

Purchased a few SOAP note books to see sample notes. This is my favorite. Clear and thorough. Hope the authors update and print new editions with the latest updates in medicine.

I absolutely love the book. Brought the first version many years ago and had great use for it then. I’m was so excited to hear the new version 2019 was out. Great tool for me as new nurse practitioner. This book addressed almost all common complaints in the primary care setting. Assist with focus documentation and rapid logical thinking for POC. Love it! Plus, Slightly smaller in size to fit right in your lab coat. Hope to see newer version of the other SOAP books. Great Job!

Great resource! I wish I had this in Clinical rotation. This was a piece of the puzzle that would have really been helpful for me then.It’s a great book to have now! I read 3 chapters a night and go into work in the morning more confident! Highly recommend!

I like the soap note format, it’s really handy when needing a quick reference

This book is user-friendly and very concise. It is comprehensive and logically organized, allowing for easy navigation in urgent situations. You will l find the answers you need quickly and efficiently.

They did a fair job of providing an inclusive list of conditions. The SOAP content (when it actually made it in the book) is good.However, there are print and editing errors like the one included in the picture. All subjective information on headaches is missing. This is 75% a publisher issue and 25% an author issue for allowing their work to be messed up like this.Overall, what IS included is fairly good.
