Was unable to use. I had to send this back, the app isn’t easy to navigate through. It never connected to WiFi. Awful purchase. I would not recommend.

I was unable to use it. Amazon customer support did nothing different than me trying to make it work. Amazon said they have no email or phone number to contact the manufacturer. Useless. I type the information in the app for it and the bulb says "connected to router while the app never realized the bulb has connected. Tried rebooting/resetting everything. my router has a password. How does the bulb/Cera connect to the router with the password I put in the app but the app never realized it connected? Returning and looking for a different brand.

I thought it was too inexpensive to actually work, but it does work quite fine! I had to buy an extender so it would "see" under an exterior light fitting. I had some difficulty getting it set up. Some of the features are not intuitively designed. But, having said all of that, I am amazed at the visuals, the sound sensitivity and the ability it has to record on a separately purchased SD card. This is a wonderful and inexpensive way to keep an eye on things while you sleep. Buy it with confidence, knowing that the seller is very responsive to questions you might have. Good luck!

It was very hard to set up. No one at support could figure it out. The directions sent are outdated due to app upgrade. It took 3 days and by accident I went into my phone WiFi settings found an off name. Clicked on it. Went back to app and I got a great picture. Only time you can see is by going into settings change WiFi then back to app to see camera. Once you go back to your 5g WiFi or 2.4 the camera can’t be seen. It has a great picture quality.

Setup instructions are confusing. Once you get the AP you have too search for the cameras. No info on how to use the AP. It’s hunt and peck until you fine the camera option and then trying to fine them again is mind numbing. Cameras work good but had to set on of them up several times to get it to keep working.

I am not impressed!! I have other cameras in my home , they do a lot better!! Other cameras record and give me live play back , New - these cameras dont seem to work right. One camera the light won’t come on , the other camera the light won’t go off. Pic shows - light won’t go off, even when turning it off, also It won’t give me live playback. I wouldn’t recommend these . Shop else where . I’m not happy with this purchase at all.

I really Tried on 2 different phones of android 7 and 8 OS. Icsee app version 6.0.1(G). Set up was easy but I was disturbed that it requires an account login to be setup to turn on the security for motion detection and push notifications, otherwise it is just a live view camera with an intercom and a light bulb. It requires GPS to be turned on while setting up wifi. This made no sense because once set up I shut the GPS off and the app still ran. Once motion detection was on I got notices and little grayed out squares but nothing downloaded or could be accessed on the device or download. The message over the gray boxes said, "didn't receive the alarm photos." All permissions where set properly and this happen with 2 different brand phones and OS versions. I tried pulling the micro SD card to view the files on a computer and it said the card was unreadable. SD card is hard remove. It is loud when powered on announcing powering up and connecting.This is not a cloud service camera and I was not expecting that but if it is requiring an account to be set up who, why, and where is the middle man to this device? The date of the camera on device info via app said the device was from May 2018. Device model showed 53x13_SWLPicture quality is good for a fisheye and the night vision is great, although, with the white LED off the red light makes this look like an angry red eyeball. It is best to just leave the white LED light on all the time if you want this to be inconspicuous. 128GB was recognized but as stated above I could not remove the SD card to view files, nor would they download to my device. If you set up as local login without an account and later decide to make an account to get motion detection notifications, then you will have to reset the camera and add device over again.I have other IP cameras that don't require an account and push notifications and picture instantly work. But I really wanted a bulb fisheye camera for outside placement. but Without the working function of viewing any for motion detected that is advertised this has to go back.

easy to use and it connects to my phone

regardless of what i do........ I followed every instruction but still cant get it to work....... i think this is defective, damage, or the app that is associated with it is not compatible......I've also asked 4 other people to try to connect to their system and they had the same issues....... this camera does not connect to the internet mine or other peoples...... I don't know what else to say then this camera stinks and I want back my money....

Use it as a security camera for front entry it detects animals but not all humans yesterday it completely didn't detect the UPS guy but later detected myself kinda useless! And when it does detect someone it only shows their feet, storage option is a joke there's 1 free option and that's SD card the cloud storage what they call it costs a fortune by far not affordable to say the least they give you 1GIG storage free for a month LOL what a joke but you can't use it till you give them your credit card info (Good Luck) most of time when you try using the play back mode it gives you a error message or just crashes completely.My opinion return the garbage and stear clear from this product!

Value for the money

I like that i can be a 1000 miles + away from home and i can check on my cameras to see whats is happenning at my house when i want , i can talk to my dogs through the app as well, easy install

I specifically I tike the clarity of the servalance camera. Easy to set up. I have nothing bad to say
