Hot Sauce 4-Pack

The packaging and branding would make this a terrific gift item - but I couldn't resist the temptation to rip into this collection of hot sauces and try them all. Bottom line: each was delicious, well-crafted, nuanced, balanced and exploding with flavor. As a whole, this collection will accompany a huge range of snacks or meals, and will get your imagination going on recipes to cook as an excuse to eat more. NOTE that these sauces have a genuine kick of heat! I love extremely hot food and to me, these have a noticeable level of heat that does not overwhelm the flavor. For someone who dabbles in heat, these sauces will keep you at that point of feeling a solid burn but becoming addicted and wanting to enjoy more of the flavor and heat. Another note - I am not a huge fan of strongly vinegar-based sauces like Tabasco - I prefer a deeper flavor, which is what these have. Below are specific notes for each one:Scotch Bonnet - this one is the most surprising and fun to me. With a good kick and a mustard profile, it goes great with smoked pork shoulder.Ghost Pepper Pineapple - it has the flavor of ghost pepper and some heat, but is nicely balanced with the sweet pineapple. I am eager to try it on some grilled fish.Signature - my favorite of the bunch, it has a rich profile, a little sweet, a little heat, some vinegar but not overwhelming. This is the one you could slather on a Mexican breakfast or just drip onto chip after chip after chip...Carolina Reaper - this is closest to classic vinegar with heat combo (but better balanced than "national" brands) and it's got a nice strong blast of heat that lingers just long enough. I like to mix it with the Signature for an extra blast of heat.

I was looking for some new hot sauces, I found this four pack by the same vendor that makes the Scotch Bonnet hot sauce that is on Hot Ones. The signature sauce, which is my favorite, I put it on everything now, my favorite being pizza. The Carolina Reaper is for someone who wants flavor AND kick, wow is it hot. The ghost peppers absolutely sneak up on you, make sure to wash your hands before rubbing your eyes. It's not pure heat though, there's still so much flavor. The ghost pepper pineapple is great with chicken, the cilantro avocado is great on a breakfast omelette.

I love all of these sauces. The pineapple ghost pepper is my favorite and goes really well with chicken/turkey. I dump it on my sandwhiches LOL. The Carolina Reaper is the hottest. Great taste with a good heat, but not overwhelming. These sauces are not overwhelmingly hot in general, but just great flavor and decent heat to go with it. I'll be stocking up on these again, I'm already almost out of the Pineapple after 30 days!

I am more than satisfied with these hot sauces, different flavors and heat from each one so that you can add some kick to just about anything you eat. Also found it to be an excellent value for the price and I will definitely be a repeat purchaser

I love the cilantro avocado the best. It is my favorite green hot sauce. It has a little heat but the flavor is delicious. The ghost pineapple does not have any heat but it is a tasty pineapple sauce with other herbal ingredients. Both the original and the Carolina reaper have a good amount of heat.

I'm a hot sauce addict but sometimes it is all burn and no flavor. This brand says flavor first and heat second so that is why I bought it - and its actually true. I was scared of the ghost pepper pineapple, but it turned out to be my favorite and is flat out awesome on just about everything. The Scotch Bonnet Mustard is also on point and has some great heat and flavor. imho, I think Carolina Reaper is the hottest of these, so I use it to spice things up. Will be back for more!

Great 4 pack of hot sauce. First tried a couple of them at a restaurant when I was visiting St. Paul, MN. When I came home from the trip I immediately ordered them since they were so good! 4 pack offers an excellent range of flavors.
