ORIGINAL AND TASTEFULL RECIPES
i made 7 recipes from this book, and all of them were really good, healthy and easy to do. It is boring to eat the same salad in your house. With this book, you can make new, original and easy salads, and specially very delicious. I recommend it a lot!

It's a dud!
I bought two Williams-Somona "Salads," one was by Georgeanne Brennan and the other was by Emanuela Prinetti. The first one was great. This one was a dud! It divided the salads into appetizers, main course, accompaniments and fruit salads. I would have liked a book on ones that were familiar and exotic or different. It needed arugula, fennel, raw steak, endive, watercress and radicchio throughout. I am not satisfied.

Excellent salad recipes
Excellent salad recipes; from appetizers, to fruit salads, warm salads and main course salads...delicious recipes that include recipe for the different dressings. Beautiful photographs that show you what type of foods the salads would best accompany.

A Worthwhile Collection for Any Salad Lover!
This is a lovely salad collection. Beautifully presented with full color photos throughout of each salad. Not a big book but includes many good recipes to choose from and most that are easy and quick to make too.I've already made 4 from this book and enjoyed them all, particularly the salad recipe featuring broccoli and avocado and also the one with grapefruit and red lettuce, both were very yummy. :-)This would also make an excellent add on gift for a shower or gift basket for any cook. Perfect for someone with lots of greens coming from their garden soon too.Well worth the price!Geraldine Helen Hartman award-winning cookbook author
