I'm on my feet all day at work. Putting these under my insoles helped me soooooo much.I don't actually know about the magnetic part/ health benefits there, but man. For the 6+ months I was using them I had a foot massage every time I walked! Very comfortable and soothing.

I had to trim these to get them to fit my shoes. They were thin and the magnets fell out easily but they were made from good quality rubber.

Works great and really helps my feet.

They make an feel like a great pair of boots. T The only drawback is they don't last long. Only about 4 to 6 months life expectancy. But otherwise, a great, great insert.

Great insoles. They needed a little trimming for the boots to fit just right.

Comfortable, take a little get used to.

I've worn them for a week now, and while I can't say that I'm ready to run marathon after work, I do have to say that my feet don't hurt. I do a lot of walking at work and my feet do feel better
