This is my third attempt at finding a decent air purifier, the first was cheap, effective but only in small spaces. The seconds was an expensive mistake -no one liked it.This device looks great, in a high tech smooth modular way, reasonably quiet on the first 2 settings. Most importantly it actually really works.On a very bad day, very high pollen count stuffy hot day my eyes were itching coughing sore throat starting up - full blow hay fever symptoms on their way. I put this in the centre of the room full power with the uv-c option on, sitting next to it I could tell the difference with every breath. It also cooled the air that was circulating through it initially as I had just brought it in from cold room. An hour later - the whole area was just perfect, had a couple of doors open to a corridor and adjacent rooms but the area it cleaned up spread quite some distance. Very happy.

Not quite the air filter quality of its medium and bigger sibling models. But for a basic air filter it seems to be okay. Im glad I got it. Room is fresher now. Its a bit noisy. On min setting its not too much of a noise. UV is good addition for killing air microbes.

I bought this as a replacement for the same model which was lent to me for a few years. When they needed it back, I looked around for a new air purifier. Everything I looked at had its own drawbacks ie perhaps needed an app to control it, was heavy, was rather pricey etc etc. So I decided I could do without the bells and whistles of the more expensive purifiers and would simply replace the one that has worked (and presumably continues to do so) efficiently and well for the past four years.It is light enough for me (older, unfit, female) to carry upstairs for occasional use in bedrooms. It certainly works to remove odours from cooking and cat in the living room. It is pretty noisy on the top setting but is barely there on the low setting. I like the timer, the ioniser and the UV filter. All in all it has top marks from me especially for the price. The downside is that, like pretty much any electronics you buy these days, it is made in China. Can't have everything...

I absolutely love my air purifiers, I bought one initially but very soon followed up with a further order of 2 more. We live in Spain and as lovely as it is having the sunshine your doors and windows are always open so dust and pollen are a problem. At night we have air con and ceiling fans so we had started noticing during the lockdown, along with the fear of the virus that both myself and my husband were suffering with a tickle cough or sneezing first thing on a morning....Since using our purifiers, brilliant, we are sleeping better and no eye irritation. I put them on at night on full for about an hour, sometimes with or without essential oil then reduce to number 1 or 2 depending on which room, even my husband has noticed the difference. I would not be without them now.

Somehow had post nasal drip for years and phlegm made me cough all the times. ENT Specialist said it’s not called coughing , it’s just throat clearing. Anyway it’s annoying to cough up 50 times plus a day for many years. After first day used this machine, didnt cough once till night . Amazing. Wow. It’s been n10 days much less drip and cough probably 1-5 max only a day . Very satisfied. Then called the maker to consider to buy another one whether to get a larger size for another room. Recommend the small one is enough. Closed window and door when use this machine. So helpful. Haven’t tested the hayfever as not really sunny so far since. But for the first problem it definitely worth to get this. Set 4 hours when go to bed. Lowest selection is enough. the noise is also lowest and does not bother me at all.

Early days yet but so far very pleased it is very quiet so not a problem when sleeping

Having used this for a week now, I'm not too impressed it really does much at all - the smells in the room never seem to go even after 4 hours use; the dust in the room seems to be the same, as an aroma-diffuser it does a good job, but then you can get those for £10. The build looks impressive - but the functionality seems to me to be negligible - opening the window seemed to do a far better and quicker job than this. Also, the the fact it has a UVc button, which as the manual quaintly states, "this function alters the DNA of the virus, bug or bacteria, so they cannot reproduce" (or words to that effect, the nightmare manual is clearly written by a Chinese person) - it makes you wonder if it has the same effect on a human being sleeping next to it, especially children. I tried to seek reassurance from the company, but their (UK) Helpdesk proved to be ineffective at answering it with any conviction or research, very odd indeed. So I'm unimpressed, and not sure it is worth this money. It is also fairly noisy, despite the marketing blurb. Bit of an Emperor's Clothes device, it seems to me. The company need to re-write the manual properly (in an English that makes some sense), and reference any medical or scientific research to prove their gamely marketing claims for this device. Looks: 5 Star, Utility: 1 star (if that).
