I'm sorry to see that this vitamin doesn't have a higher rating, but I understand that not every vitamin is right for everyone. That being said, I really like this product. I certainly feel an energy boost and clearer thinking. I really appreciate that the folate is an actual folate instead of synthetic folic acid, is you have any genetic issues with converting folic acid you'll know the importance of having real folate. I also REALLY appreciate that the iron is real food- based iron, that makes it very good on a sensitive digestive tract. I have ulcerative colitis and have gone thru just about every iron supplement you can imagine-- all of them make my guts bleed and cause severe cramping. The iron in this has never bothered me. I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality, real vitamins; especially those with sensitive digestion.PS. Because I have low iron I also take Garden of Life iron supplements, they are very easy on digestion.

These are AMAZING. Anyone who says these are "hard to swallow" or "huge pills" is not very bright. Also, the serving size is 3 pills! You do not need to take them 3 times a day! 3 pills once a day to feel amazing energy, have great digestion, and glowing skin! What more could you want?? Oh, and they are very well-sourced from real food! Honestly, they are under-charging, if anything!

I bought this product initially for the following reasons. First, the product I was taking, True Source from Young Living, is out of stock and has been for awhile. Second, I have learned I can thrive on a daily multi-vitamin supplement. Third, several months ago at the suggestion of a friend, I purchased the NutriGold CoQ10 Gold and it is definitely working well for me. So, thought I, perhaps try another NutriGold supplement, see what they have for a multi vitamin? I researched and found to my curiosity and delight, that NutriGold offers this product, the NutriGold Whole-Food Women's Multi-Gold. It's been a while since I've had any supplements designed especially for women. I read the description and the directions. From the description I learned the ingredients are all whole-food ingredients. Cool. From the directions, I learned that the recommendation is to take one three times a day, at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or 3 altogether if preferred. I was already in that habit with Young Living's True Source, which is also whole and natural and comprises 3 capsules which can be taken either together or singly at the various meals throughout the day. So it "felt" good to me. I ordered this product, have been using it for a few weeks now, and am very happy with it. I have more energy and I'm sleeping better. Recommended.

Love these vitamins. I take to get my iron intake. Most products are hard and make me nauseous but these are so gentle I can take on an empty stomach.

This is a great product. I gave it a 4 star overall because it doesn't have Vitamin A. At least not listed. Otherwise, it works very well. I had damaged nails from a bad manicure job and taking these repaired my nails. I also noted more hair growth, better skin and better sleep.

I was paranoid of taking vitamins because I wasn`t sure whether they were from GMO and non organic sources. I do a lot of reaseach and a loto f the companies hide information from the customer as much as possible. The only way to be more or less sure is to buy GMO-free verified products. This company unfortunately is not USDA verified but organic verified by some other company. So being organic and non-gmo are two completely different things. It can be organic and still GMO or visa versa. I feel great with these pills. I have NEVER had any side effects whatsoever. I like the light herb smell, although one should take three of them and they are quite big but there is nothing you can do about it. All the vitamins some from whole food-based forms not synthetic. I feel secure taking them non stop for health benefits. This company is very trust worthy, their Fish Oil and Vitamin D are the highest rated by an independent lab "labdoor. com." Their other ingridient list is very short and there are not bias ingredients. I`ve already been taking their supplements for a year and feel great. I stopped being lightheaded and constantly catching colds.

I love the formula of these vitamins. Didn't' rate them on ease of swallowing or flavor because I know how to swallow capsules and some people just don't. I think it would be misleading to rate these 2 categories because everyones "pill swallowing skills" are specific to that individual. I could swallow many of these at once my spouse would likely struggle with on. I will definately purchase these again as long as the price doesn't increase substantially.

I love this vitamins they are good especially if you don’t eat meat . Very good!
