I love the versatility of this backpack. I can use it as a tote--it fits rather snugly and nicely under the arm--or as a backpack when I know I am in multi-tasking mode. As a frequent traveler, I like the fact that it has useful pockets and compartments for storage. Rummaging through a bag is a pet peeve and this bag thoughtfully spares me from having to do that. Vegan leather is a plus as I contemplate a smaller footprint for the planet. I highly recommend this for personal use or as a gift.

I am so happy with this backpack/tote bag. I’m a preschool teacher and always need to carry a lot of materials to and from work. This bag is light but sturdy, stylish and perfect for carrying papers, materials, you name it. The inside conveniently has two open pockets perfect for a phone, keys, lip gloss etc. and then there is also a zipped pocket. I love how it easily converts to a tote by just storing the backpack straps. Will be using this for years to come!

I love this bag and company! I’ve been wanting a versatile backpack/shoulder purse that looks great and is made sustainably, and this one ticks all the boxes. I’ll be using it every day as a purse and laptop carrier. The woman who owns the company is also super friendly and helpful! She answered all my questions and even got the bag to me quicker than advertised. I can not recommend Canopy Verde highly enough!

First of all I love the minimal and utilitarian look of the bag. The orange pop on the front zipper looks cool.After wearing this bag as my go to bag for the last month, I can say how comfortable and light weight it is to hold. Also, if I don't want to wear it as a backpack I can convert it to a tote which is nice.
