Chakras Healing: How to Unblock, Awaken and Balance your Chakras for Complete Self Healing

At first glance inside, this chakra healing book is lame. There are NO illustrations nor colors used whatsoever! Although it uses VERY large print to make reading easier, I find the organization and translation of actual content lacking any positive flow.

In the beginning,it was a simple and easy read covering the basics of chakras and whatnot. Later, it picked up the pace and introduced new concepts such as auras, yoga poses and various other healing methods.It was intense and very helpful.

It’s a simple and easy read. Gives you all the knowledge and techniques for healing your 7 chakras.

If you want to learn about chakras and chakra healing then this is the book for you. Some of it was abstract but definitely had a lot of material on the science of it, various yoga poses for healing, kundalini etc.

It's very difficult to understand the Mantras. I was hoping to learn at least 1 and try some light meditation. This wasn't the answer.

Good info inside the book. Can’t say I agree with it completely. But many methods seem pragmatic to me. It’s a results-oriented approach.

Simple. Straight forward. Great for beginners that are just starting to learn.
