My mother in law took Gelusil 40 years ago in her 60’s & always raved about how it worked so well. I never needed antacids until I reached my 60’s. After using tums & alka seltzer chewy with mixed results, I happened upon a box of Gelusil & tried it. It works faster & better than anything I’ve tried. MIL was right! Hubby with IBS tried it & asked me to get him a box. Brings relief for that gassy & bloated feeling. So glad Amazon Stocks Gelusil as it is difficult to find in stores.

I tried many different antacids but this brand does the trick. The taste is nice and minty but a little chalky. I usually chew it instead waiting for it to dissolve. The product works and I feel better. I am glad I can order from here. Not all drugstores carries it so this is good that it is available. Will order again!

Gelusel is the way to go. Was at a festival couple weeks ago and needed some. It was a "chili" night so normally I'll chew 2 before, then 2 afterwards. Couldn't find a one in the RV. Off to CVS we go, nope! Then hit the walmart...Nope! Nobody in town had them. Got home and ordered 2 boxes from Amazon. I'm putting one in the RV and keeping one near my purse!

As a retired pharmacist, these are so much better than Tums or Roland's. The ingredients in these two will often raise the PH too high in the stomach and cause the body to release more acid. Gelucil doesn't.
