I really don't understand the good reviews for this product, I've worn these insoles in my Merrell trainers for less than a week and the top layer of the heel on both have peeled off making it uncomfortable, not that they offered much cushioning or support in the first place. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed.

Easy guide lines on it to cut it to the right size quickly, and you are good to go. Soft padding makes it very comfy, but the gel on the bottom lifts it up to another level altogether. My workboots feel like wearing a sneaker. I really hope that it’s gonna go for a long time because very comfortable.

The product is used in my badminton shoes for cushioning and needs to be cut to size. The cushioning is ok however the insoles seem to slip inside of the shoes and have several times actually come out of shoes.I have tried various insole option and to be honest these will not be on my repeat purchase list as the quality is just ok.

Bought for a UK size 5.5 boot. Insoles were huge and needed so much cutting down the heel gel pad had to be cut off.Even cut to shape, the insoles slid around constantly and bunched up under my feet.Insoles binned after two wearings.

As a part of job I’ve to walk a lot in Safety Shoes, which are heavy than normal shoes. This is gel insoles acts like aspiring, absorbing shock and reducing stress on feet. Size is adjustable and cut to all different size. Initially found it bit awkward but after 10-20 min walk you get used to it. Good products and it does make real change.

Fitted exactly as they should in a size 9. Bought they for my son who complained his new trainers were hurting so placed these on top. They are lovely and soft flexible gel insoles. Hes says they feel lovely on his feet like walking on clouds. Gives him a spring on his step hes says

Ok, so don't buy these, they're total crap. They don't adhere or stick to the inner sole in any way. I tried running after fitting these into my shoes (after tracing and trimming them obviously), after 2 miles they had managed to roll off the shoes' inner sole and to the inner wall of my shoes. So I tried refuting them and running in them again, this time they slid around and bunched up under my toes.

The adaptation could not have been easier. Just use the current template as a template and cut to correct the size. They are even marked where cut, so they are uniform.Carrying them today was great. Super comfortable and support in the right places. They have a base that holds very well and does not move at all.
