3 Inch Clear Extender Sleeve, 10.75" Length

I wanted to surprise my wife with a bigger me. This seemed to be the right product to do it. I've never bought anything like this before. I read every page of reviews about this. I wanted to understand the size of it. Too big and I'd ruin the Mrs. Too small and I'd ruin me. My wife has never complained about my size. She's always quite flattering, but it would be crushing if she said I was less than satisfying. So could I really trust her evaluation? Might she like more? When she hears or reads that size doesn't matter she says, "Oh no, it matters." So with a product named Size Matters how could I go wrong? Just for the joke of the product name it was worth a try.When she opened it up, she laughed and then she gasped, "I don't think it will fit?!" The package does look pretty big in the package. Gratefully she was willing to give it try. I was beyond excited. Fortunately I had practiced getting it on, twice. I have to be erect to get this on. I can't just squeeze the air out and slip into it like others have said here. I use a good amount of water based lube. The best I could do was get halfway in. Then I hit an invisible wall of pneumatic pressure. So I used a flexible rubber tube I had, lubed it up, and put it all of the way in. As I slid in, air was venting out of the tube. Still I was unable to reach the end of it because the tube would collapse and stop venting. I had to push it on the head straight back at me, kind of like forcing a cork into a bottle. Or more like forcing a bottle on to a cork. With enough pressure the tube vented and I could reach the end. I pulled out the tube and suction did the rest. It is tight feeling and very secure. I like the ball ring at the end. You need to use 4 fingers to open it enough for the twins to fall through. Once all that was done, it felt pretty good.So how did go? Well unfortunately my wife didn't notice much difference. I was surprised. It certainly seemed bigger. It added about 1" in length. I had to be careful at first to not go too deep because it hurt her at first. After a little while I was able to go all of the way in. She said the extra length didn't do anything for her because most of her feeling is up front. Also, it's so slippery it didn't offer the same resistance the real thing does. I wondered why it didn't feel better or at least bigger than my original equipment. The rubber on this is about 1/4" thick all of the way around. I should be at least 1/2" wider. I grabbed my wife's fabric measuring tape.This is the info I wish I knew when I bought this. This is a one size fits all product, but not everyone is built the same.My natural gear is 6-1/2" long and 6" in circumference at the tip and the base.The enhancer is 9" long from tip to back of the ring. It says the maximum insertable length is 6-1/2". It makes sense with your boys in the ring. When I wear it I measure 7-1/2" insertable.Empty, the enhancer tip is 5-1/2" in circumference and the base is 6" in circumference. With me in it, the base expands to 6-1/4" circumference. Time for some dick math. Diameter=Circumference/pi. A perfect circle with 6" circ /3.14 = 1.91" wide. A 6-1/4" circ/3.14 = 1.99" less than .1". That's why my wife didn't feel anything different. I only grew .1" in width. If you're ringing up at around 5" circumference you'll see 1/2" diameter of improvement. That's an amount I think your lady friend would feel.Why did I only gain 1/4" circumference of girth? To my surprise, I'm a wee bit bigger at the tip than the enhancer is. Still all things are relative so I figured it would just stretch over me and the extra thickness would translate into a bigger me. But, this enhancer is thick and there isn't much feeling for me beyond suction. I could not stay at attention while it was in use. I still filled it out due to suction, but I wasn't adding anything. That's why the dimension didn't change. When I pulled it off I looked like a golf ball. My wife laughed. All of those interior nubs left their mark. Nothing permanent. It was fun to try. I may cut the end of it off and see if I can feel more and fill this thing out a bit.Bottom line, it's a nice product. The rubber is very good quality. It seems very durable. I like how crystal clear it is.If I had these measurements, I would have passed on this item. It wasn't made for me. I'm sure if you are built differently your better half will enjoy it.

Bought this on a whim, thought since my gf's vagina seemed ample enough to accommodate more than just my manhood that maybe she'd enjoy me plus a little extra. Well, it did fit her. A couple drops of lube and we were away. She said it was OK, a little too long for her tastes but the thickness was nice, the main shaft of this thing has pretty thick walls. Like 1/4"+. From my perspective, she didn't go any crazier for this than she does just for me so it seems she can take it or leave it, and she basically told me the same thing. This item is not the best, which I will describe why in just a minute. First let me say that I do not have any "performance" issues in the bedroom, this item was merely purchased as an addition to the fun my wife and I have. I ordered this product as a surprise for my wife, so I didn't tell her it was coming. When it arrived, she happened to be in the shower. I opened the box, removed the item from its package and headed to the bathroom with item in hand. When my wife saw the item, her eyes lit up and she quickly grabbed it. A few days later, my wife and I were "messing around" and she says "go get the new toy". Well I almost lost control right then from the excitement. I retrieved the toy, put it on, lubed it up and slowly slid it in. As some of the other reviews have stated, I have never really heard her respond that way. The verbal and physical reaction from her was soooo hot. We went for a good 10 to 15 minutes with me using a series of slow and fast combinations of thrusting. When we were done, she was exhausted and commented on how much she liked the new toy.THIS IS WHY IT'S NOT THE BEST. This is not meant to be offensive, but I think this item better fits those with a pencil D. I am an average size man with average size girth. One, it was very uncomfortable since the suction created an unnatural stretching and pressure on the tip of my own penis. Second, because I had squeezed the the tip, it stayed pressed in where I had squeezed with my fingers (kinda like if you crush a soda can on the sides). So to get rid of the indents, I had to release the vacuum pressure by pulling the item away from the base of my penis. Guess what? Now you have to start all over and we haven't even gotten to the scrotom ring yet. After three or four attempts, I finally got my penis into the sleeve without indents at the tip, but it still was not the most comfortable sensation. Now to the scrotom ring. Again, I tried this part with and without lube, but holy cow my poor chicken bag took a beating. For good reason, the scrotom ring does not have a lot of give to it and it's thick so it doesn't really sit behind your scrotom like most cock rings do. I was literally pulling on my ball sack to get them through the ring. When it seemed I was all set, one ball would try to pop out of the ring. When I tried forcing that one back into the ring, the other would pop out. It was like they were jockeying for position. After multiple attempts, I finally got them both down into the ring, but because of the thickness of the ring, my balls were pressed against each other instead of being able to hang free. It was like having a little straight jacket for your balls. I will say that once you get everything to a semi-comfortable position, the item does stay in place so you can jack hammer with no issues. I will also say that when my wife and I were done, I was ready to get this thing off.So if you're a single guy, she may have gone back to the bar by the time you get this thing on and ready for use.If you're a married guy, she may have taken care of it herself and gone to sleep before you're ready to go with this thing.The only reason I'm giving three stars is because of my wife's verbal and physical reaction.
