Great little Pilates ball at a good price
Easy to blow up using the straw provided, just make sure to keep the stopper close ready to push straight in. Lost a little air when straw was pulled out but actually then the ball was inflated just right for Pilates as it’s meant to be slightly soft. Perfect for practicing Pilates and a great price

Happy with this purchase, a good option for a Pilates ball
For anyone doing pilates and wondering if the ball makes a difference, yes, yes it does! I have been substituting the ball with a cushion and decided to invest in the real deal. I have noticed that the ball helps me find deeper muscle activation and conduct the movement in a way that is more aligned with how the instructor intended. I am currently doing B the Method and wondered why she uses one of these balls for most workout sessions, now I know. I have noticed that proper activation of the core is really helped using this ball. The ball itself is good enough quality. While I am sure there are more expensive versions. I have been suig this for two weeks with no problems. it seems good enough quality and sturdy when inflated. It was easy to inflate as the ball came with a tube and stopper. You literally just blow into the ball, and change for the stopper and you are good to go within a minute! Great buy, thank you the read.

Very useful for a back disc problems
Great ball for all pilates exercises, I use mine half blown up so I can lie with it under my hip as I have disc problem in my back and it’s been perfect and it’s has been a great help in my recovery

No air whole bung
No bung for air hole so doesn't stay inflated

Perfect for Pilates workout; easy enough to inflate
Inflating it fully would be difficult, but for a Pilates workout you want it a bit squashy. Found a YouTube video on inflating that involves holding the plug in the mouth - worked fine. In fact I had the ball too firm to start with. Used it for a few weeks and stayed just as firm - resorted to using pliers to remove the plug and deflate it a bit. Now perfect and holds the air. After 6 weeks it's still a bit wrinkly and not perfectly round, but that REALLY doesn't matter - it is NOT a football!

Good size, doesn’t stay inflated for long.
Good size for a Pilates ball, however isn’t the easiest to keep inflated. Comes with straw and stopper but loses air quickly, almost have to blow up every time. However, for the price is a good purchase.

Very cheap product for the price. Love the color, but the material seems very thin and it’s not as good quality as the 55cm yoga ball I bought from PrimaSole for 1/3rd less. Great size for bigger toddler.
