The best Turmeric Boswellia supplement I have tried. Pain reduction and increased flexibility within 24 hours. I have tried several other brands and this one works the best for me.

When I opened the bottle, the cotton was orange, I guess that's from the tumeric though. This hasn't upset my stomach, I feel the quality of ingredients makes it just the right potency to get the job done. I look forward to seeing if this helps with my joint pain and inflammation. The value for the money is excellent.

The capsules were easy to swallow. The pills can stain hands but that’s common with any curcumin. Good value. Helped with inflammation. I wanted a higher dosage of curcumin than this product. I did like the added boswellea. I didn’t think that it was as effective as other curcumin I’ve used. I only used this for a month and went back to my normal curcumin supplement distributions by Healthy Directions.
