SanusVP1 Mount 35 lb Max Tilt & Swivel Projector Bracket

I have installed several projectors before, and this is by far the best mount I have used. It is incredibly adjustable, built well enough to keep even the heaviest projector stable, and looks good as well. The packaging was extremely good. All of the pieces are in their own compartments and separated so they can't rub together. Most of the packaging is recyclable, and the instructions are good. I would definitely buy this again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good mount. I used it for an Epson 5030UB.

I bought this product for a theater room I am putting together. There were two problems I had with the installation:1) The locking housing to slide the project onto the mount was very tight and took a lot of force to get it in place the first time. After several several cycles of docking and undocking the projector to the mount, it got much easier. I think it was the paint that wore down just enough to make it slide freely.2) The aluminum extension pipe became cross-threaded to a point where I couldn't get the mount off of the extension. And this was using no tools at all - just hand-tightening. Once it was cross-threaded, there was no going back as the aluminum was just to soft.I called Sanus directly, and the Customer Support tech was very friendly, easy to understand, was knowledgeable about my product, and exceptional in every category. They asked when I purchased the product, and sent me a new mount and extension that day. I received it 2 business days after the call, had no problems this time around, and everything looks and is working great!Would have been 5-stars had it worked the first time, but TRUE customer support really made a difference!

This bracket mounts really well and is easy to adjust. The locking mechanism is great. With one latch move, you can take the projector down and put it back up easily. The bracketing system is pretty ingenius for making it work for just about every projector that has any screw mounts on it.

I replaced a $40 mount with this one when I got my PT-AE8000U. I was able to mount the projector by myself, despite having disabilities which prevent me from lifting weight over head. The independent fine tuning of the 3 axises was a breeze, and when I need to change my bulb it is not going to be a big chore because of the quick release mechanism. This was worth every cent!

Great projector mount. I used this in conjunction with the Sanus Systems CMS440 in a drop ceiling and it worked perfectly..

Fits any and all projectors.I wish it came in white.

I have ordered this to mount my JVC X55R 33 pounder projector and it now rock solid and going no where! Excellent finish and very sturdily built. I used the included extension tube. Instructions were very clear. I had no issues during the mounting.I would suggest it for prospective buyers.
